Based on your past posts, I thought you were just stating your question as an anti-pussy envy post. If you are truly curious, here's my take on it... (I may ramble.)
To make a story real short. When I was like 10 or so I was kicked in the balls by my neighbor who I thought was extremely hot. She giggled and taunted me while I fell to the ground in pain. Later I tried kicking her in the same place and she literally didn't react at all, except laughter. At first I was just extremely mad, and felt it unfair that boys had balls and girls didn't. However, as I thought about it more and more for some reason it became erotic until one day my neighbor and her friend kicked my balls again and I got a boner as I stared at their smooth crotch.
I realize now that I'm older that girls are indeed sensitive in that area. I'm not sure if I just missed the spot with my neighbor or if she had a really high pain tolerance. However, I will say from experience that guys are still a lot more vulnerable and sensitive in that spot than girls are.
The pussy envy fetish kind of relies on fantasy. We get off thinking that the pussy is invulnerable (which it isn't, but it isn't as weak as balls either).
