How hard is it to make a small php script running on a free web host that gets input from a form (a zoig-link) and then extracts the picture link of the jpg and sends that to a free pic hoster returning the link to the new uploaded pic?

I don't know php. I'm into C/C++ but you can't run it on free hosters cause it's insecure and not made for the web

Or could you run a FastCGI C++ App on some free host?!

:-) It is not so hard, but the IP of the webserver will be blocked just as fast as any other IP-adress.

(By the way: I am into C# (Microsoft .NET), Java, PHP. )

Your idea is not too bad, but you should think clientside. Java-applet / flash application / MS Silverlight.
Or you can just write a native C++ application, no need for a webapplication here !

Functional description:
1. Users inputs zoig-URL.
2. Application performs the request and filters the image URL from the response.
3. Application downloads the image.
4. (show the image to user.)
5. User can save image to file.
6. (Application / user can upload file elsewhere )

Any programmer can do this, except when you work with COBOL on a mainframe.

I noticed a little flaw in the code of my previous post :-) The random length of the randomly generated word is not used.
I also uploaded this little code at a free webhosting:

As you can see it randomly creates 500 words from 5 till 7 characters. (a-z)
This random word could be the location of a file hosted on zoig.com

Instructions for n00bs : right click on an image you like, save to disk with .jpg extention.
So you save the image as 'any file' but you name it ´whatever.jpg´
Refresh the webpage with F5, to see again 500 random pictures.

Please notice: Not all randomly chosen words link to an image on zoig LOL and zoig.com has many randomly chose words linked to the same set of default pictures.
So if you see a lot of the same pictures, that is zoig's programmers way trying to keep you from randomly guessing image locations.

I have no idea how I could simplify this explanation.
