Just saw the Jodorowsky film, El Topo. It has a ********** scene fairly early on... male on male, but really intense... the Colonel, represented as proud and gluttonous, is wearing fine regalia and is challenged by a young man who seeks justice for some civilians the Colonel had slaughtered. He humiliates him, tearing off his clothes to reveal his fat body and shooting off his toupee to reveal his baldness, and then produces a knife. The Colonel begs for mercy, saying "no, please, anything but that" -- onlookers grab him, lift him up and hold his legs apart; the hero swings the knife and we see blood in the air.
Then there's a prolonged shot of the Colonel, now completely naked, hunched over, bleeding between the legs and emotionally ruined, walking for about a minute until he gets to his gun with which he kills himself.
It seems Jodorowsky has a thing for **********... I've only seen this and Holy Mountain, which has two ********** scenes in it. Both are just generally excellent, if really intense, films.
