Jonoffen is consistently fantastic, but someone else who never gets mentioned is Begger, who has a back catalogue with some really good stuff. His stories tend to focus more on blue-balling than on ball-busting, but he's got several tales where the two intersect in a very hot way. I'd recommend Math Class and High School Tease, in particular.
