I think I have also seen this video. The one that I have seen is called "Stomping your holy battered balls". I don't think that the ball is actually ruptured, but it is very very swollen and blue and that girl is really cruel. You can see that she has crossed his limits. He is shaking in the video and you can see fear in his voice. He knows that each next stomp might be lethal for his nut and yet she just says in a calm voice - "Excuse me, excuse me, move your hands, move your hands and put your balls on the table".
