I know of that klinik since it was opened, way back in ...2002? or so.
In principle they offered fake operations, but also, since they had a real doctor and real equipment, smaller real operations.
They didn't make a secret out of the fact, that they could of course performe real castrations and more and more openly advertised it.
They also sold videos.

Quite some people from the eunuch archive went there and ...well, did it.

By the time I realized, that the "staff", the "nurses" were in fact well situated Dommes who had theire own websites/studios.
Don't know which was chicken which was egg but Situation was: Around Antwerpen if you told youre domme to ("please" ) cut off your balls, chances were, that she'd say ok, we can do that. And she would personally help with the operation.

So far so good.
