This reminds me of a women's self defence article I read that many women aim a little too high when they kick a male and actually target the penis. The corrective instruction was to be sure to kick under the penis and further back to ensure hitting the testicles (which are probably the most important target women should concern themselves with.)

what you say is certainly correct - on the other hand, aiming TOO far back will result in a "shin-kick", like this:



the lesson that the lady is trying to teach would probably stay longer in the guys brain if her SHOE had made contact with his nutsack...
