So doctors who perform circumcisions must be included in your theory as well. If getting paid to needlessly remove/mutilate a part of the body means one is "messed up", then they must qualify.
What about plastic surgeons?

Don't get me wrong. I can't imagine why a man would want actually want his penis cut off, and pay to fulfill this fantasy. It's a one time event, and I think it would be indicative of some mental issues.

BUT, can the my-body, my-right philosophy not apply here?

While only marginally related to this topic, I get tired of some of the self-righteous indignation displayed by a few people here.
Even if you're here because you're interested in even the most tame examples of femdom or ballbusting, then you would be considered strange by most people in society. But so what?
(I hope) we're all adults here, and hopefully everything we do is by consent. If it isn't, that's a whole different matter. But if so, why do some people feel they are so morally superior as to attack those whose fantasies/interests fall outside the lines of their own.

There are lots of things here (and elsewhere) I don't get. There are many sexual kinks that baffle, even disgust me. But I don't then take the position that because I don't like it, ergo it's wrong.

I think people need to be a little more accepting of others.
